A. Marshall Hospitality began as a small community grocery store and gathering spot, Puckett's Grocery and Restaurant, in Leiper's Fork, TN. About the Role

As an Event Coordinator, you will serve as the vital liaison between the Event Sales Manager, our clients, internal staff, and third-party vendors. Your primary focus is ensuring that every client's needs are met with consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases. You will coordinate on-site set-up and production, manage inventory for catering and event equipment, and maintain accurate financial documentation.

This role is dynamic and requires you to float between our Middle Tennessee and Chattanooga locations as operational needs arise, while also handling remote logistics for multiple sites. You will work directly with Restaurant General Managers and the Event Sales Manager to schedule staff, oversee event timelines, and facilitate site visits for potential clients. Whether you are finalizing planning details with clients, walking them through day-of checklists, or leading training sessions for event leads, your goal is to execute flawless events that reflect our commitment to hospitality.

Hiring Process

We are looking for qualified candidates to join our team as soon as available. The Event Coordinator position is full-time, non-exempt, and operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend availability required for major marketing or sponsored events.
