The Event Coordinator serves as the vital liaison between the Event Sales Manager, clients, staff, and third-party vendors. This role ensures that every client's needs are met with consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases. You will act as the key organizer, managing on-site set-up and production to guarantee the delivery of high-quality events.
In this position, you will coordinate final planning details with clients, facilitate in-person site visits and group tours for potential bookings, and manage event timelines to ensure duties are accomplished according to the client's expectations. You will also oversee inventory management for catering and event equipment, maintaining up-to-date P&L sheets and ensuring all supplies are properly cared for across our locations.
This is a hybrid role that floats between our Middle Tennessee and Chattanooga locations based on daily catering team needs, while also handling remote logistics for multiple sites. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekends required for major marketing or sponsored events.
