Key Responsibilities

- check_circleAssist the General Manager with team member screening and conflict resolution
- check_circleCoach and train team members on shift duties and performance expectations
- check_circleManage labor, inventory, and cash control procedures to support P&L goals
- check_circleEnsure facility maintenance and compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements

- verified3 months shift lead experience preferred
