Founded in Fort Worth in 2014, Melt Ice Creams is a premium local creamery known for scratch-made ice creams, housemade inclusions, and creative flavor innovation. We believe treats can change your day—and your day can change the world. With five DFW scoop shops, a commissary kitchen (The Joy Factory), a catering team, and a small wholesale department, we are committed to operational excellence and exceptional experiences.
This hybrid position serves as the vital link between our kitchen and our community, supporting both our Events Team and our Delivery & Warehouse Team. You will be the face of Melt in the community and the final quality checkpoint before product reaches our Scoop Shops.
Your day will be split roughly 50/50 between two distinct but connected worlds. In the mornings, you will ensure our Scoop Shops and wholesale partners receive scratch-made ice cream frozen solid and delivered with precision. In the evenings and on weekends, you will represent MELT at weddings, corporate events, and festivals, creating memorable experiences one scoop at a time. This is a high-trust, physical, fast-paced role that combines hospitality, route driving, inventory handling, and brand representation.
We are looking for individuals who are hospitality-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented. If you are ready to rock this role, please submit your application. By applying, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application. Opt out anytime.
At Melt, every event and every delivery is an opportunity to turn guests into lifelong fans. We value team members who are adaptable to Texas heat and traffic, solutions-focused, and capable of working both independently on routes and collaboratively at events. We offer opportunities for upward growth as the company expands, allowing you to develop a wide range of skills in a supportive environment.
