Founded in Fort Worth in 2014, Melt Ice Creams is a premium local creamery known for scratch-made ice creams, housemade inclusions, and creative flavor innovation. We serve happy ice cream, one scoop at a time, believing that treats can change your day—and your day can change the world.
With five DFW scoop shops, a commissary kitchen (The Joy Factory), a catering team, and a small wholesale department, operational excellence is essential to our success. Our Delivery & Logistics Team ensures every location receives accurate orders, the highest-quality product, on time, every time.
As a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate, you are the final quality checkpoint before product reaches our Scoop Shops. This high-trust, detail-driven, and independent role combines route driving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse logistics in a food production environment.
You will protect the MELT brand by ensuring every scoop shop and wholesale partner receives scratch-made ice cream exactly as it was crafted—frozen solid, properly packaged, and on time. Your day involves picking and verifying orders, maintaining product integrity through strict temperature monitoring and FIFO rotation, and operating with ownership over vehicle maintenance and facility cleanliness. You will work closely with the Logistics Manager and Shop Managers to keep routes running smoothly and inventory accurate.
