About the Role
You are the quality guardian of our production line. In this role, you will be the critical link between our screen printing operators and the final product, ensuring every garment meets our high standards before it reaches the customer. Your day involves a dynamic mix of inspection, preparation, and collaboration.
You will remove finished products from the dryer conveyor to carefully inspect prints, verifying correct art and maintaining accurate counts. You will work in the reclaim room to wash and prepare screens for printing, and assist operators by pulling garments from the press while keeping your workstation clean. A significant part of your day involves manually folding and packaging products, applying barcodes, and affixing hang tags, all while maintaining meticulous records. You will interact directly with screen print operators to address any garment decoration issues, ensuring that quality specifications are met at every stage.
