About the Role
You are the vital link that binds our operations together. In this position, you will play a key role in the garment decoration process, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of inspection, preparation, and collaboration. You will remove finished products from the dryer conveyor to carefully inspect prints, verify correct artwork, and maintain accurate counts. Working in the reclaim room, you will wash and prepare screens for screen printing, while also assisting operators by pulling garments from the press and maintaining a clean workstation.
Attention to detail is your superpower here. You will manually fold and package products, apply barcodes to tags, and affix hang tags, all while keeping meticulous records. This role requires constant interaction with screen print operators to address any garment decoration issues, ensuring that the final product aligns with our specifications. It is a hands-on position where your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively directly impacts the quality of the customer experience.
