About the Role
You are what binds us together. In this role, you will be a vital part of our screen printing and garment decoration process. Your day will involve removing finished products from the dryer conveyor to inspect garments carefully, ensuring prints meet quality standards and verifying correct art. You will work in the reclaim room to wash and prepare screens, assist printers by pulling garments from the press, and maintain a clean workstation.
Your responsibilities include preparing garments for decoration by unpacking materials, manually folding and packaging products, applying barcodes to tags, and affixing hang tags. You will interact with screen print operators to address any garment decoration issues and maintain accurate counts and paperwork throughout the shift. Success in this role requires close attention to detail, good communication skills to articulate issues, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
