About the Role

You are what binds us together. In this role, you will be a vital part of our screen printing and garment decoration process. Your day will involve removing finished products from the dryer conveyor to inspect garments carefully, ensuring that prints meet quality standards and verifying correct art and counts. You will work in the reclaim room to wash and prepare screens for screen printing, assisting printers by pulling garments from the press and maintaining a clean workstation.

Your responsibilities include preparing garments for decoration by unpacking materials and verifying accurate product counts. You will manually fold and package products, apply barcodes to garment tags, and affix hang tags while maintaining accurate counts and completing required paperwork. Throughout the shift, you will interact with screen print operators to address any garment decoration issues, ensuring every item meets high specifications.
