Estate Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Estate Manager based in Miami Beach, Florida, to oversee the day-to-day operations, care, and presentation of multiple private residences, with a primary focus on the Miami Beach properties. This role is designed for a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining a well-run home and possesses a refined understanding of private service environments.

The Estate Manager will independently manage a wide range of household responsibilities while coordinating with vendors, caring for pets, and supporting the family's ongoing needs with the utmost professionalism and discretion. You will serve as the first responder for system issues, managing the full operation of the main home and guest house, and ensuring the estate is always guest-ready and maintained to a high aesthetic standard.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve managing two full-time housekeepers, overseeing vendor performance, and coordinating routine and preventative maintenance across the property. You will act as the initial troubleshooter for systems such as HVAC and AV, manage seasonal transitions, and handle special events, often coordinating with event planners for large gatherings. The role requires a blend of hands-on management and strategic oversight, including budget monitoring, inventory management, and assisting with property improvements and renovations.
