Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will be expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying up-to-date with product features. The role involves maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store, achieving excellent customer service, and consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
This position is based at Store #3348, located at 11 South Central Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21202. The role involves contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, and the general public.
