Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our store. Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
This position requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. Selected candidates will work at multiple locations within a 5-mile radius of Store #703558 (5625 221st Place SE Ste 150, Issaquah, WA 98027). The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and merchandise, which may be supervised or unsupervised. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.
