About the Role
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will be the face of the brand, building productive trust relationships with customers and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store.
This is a part-time position based at Store #708271 in Oregon City, OR. Selected candidates will be expected to work at stores within a 15-mile radius of this location. The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, and store merchandise. A review of criminal history is required to protect the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.
Hiring Process
