About the Role

As a Customer Service Specialist at Store #708014 in Salem, OR, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals.

You will build productive trust relationships with customers by assisting them in person and over the phone. Your day will involve maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store, including pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse, tinting and mixing products to customer specifications, and stocking shelves. You will also process sales transactions accurately and remain knowledgeable on all products offered to discuss available options effectively.
