About the Role

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will be expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.

This is a full-time position based at stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #10251 (W Us 2 Hwy, Airway Heights, WA). The role involves contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, and merchandise. Consequently, a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

Hiring Process

3. In-Store Interview: Top candidates from the video interview will be invited to meet with the team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility, or delivery service terminal.
