Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while staying up-to-date with product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store.\n You will be expected to achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. The position involves contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, and merchandise. This role is based at Store #3351, located at 5833 York Road, Baltimore, MD.
