About the Role

Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store. Specialists are expected to stay up-to-date with product features and consistently meet the store's sales goals.

This is a full-time position based at Store #701735, located at 710 North Chestnut, Ellensburg, WA. The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, and store merchandise. Due to the nature of these responsibilities, a review of criminal history is conducted to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.

The Hiring Process

1. Online Application: Find the role on our Careers page and set aside 15 minutes to create your profile by entering or importing your details.
2. Digital Interview: Upon review, qualified candidates will be invited to complete a digital video interview via HireVue. This consists of behavioral-based questions and can be completed on your own schedule within 7 days of receiving the invitation.
3. In-Store Interview: Top candidates from the video interview will be invited to meet with our team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility, or delivery service terminal.
