About the Role

Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of our products and store. Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

The position involves direct contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. The role requires the ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, as well as the physical capability to lift and carry materials up to 70 lbs. and operate tinting and mixing equipment.

Hiring Process
