Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will be expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
This is a part-time position based at Store #721335 (9920 NE 117th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98662). The selected individual will work at stores within a 15-mile radius of this location. The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, and merchandise. A review of criminal history is conducted to protect the business, its operations, and the safety of customers and staff.
