Epic Professional Billing/Hospital Billing Analyst

About the Role

Our client is seeking a well-rounded Epic Revenue Cycle Analyst to drive system optimization and provide ongoing support across multiple revenue cycle workflows. This position is designed for a professional with deep expertise in both Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB), focusing on the seamless integration of build, maintenance, and daily operational support.

In this role, you will be the bridge between technical configuration and clinical billing realities. Your day-to-day involves managing work queues, refining claim edits, and optimizing charge capture and routing processes. You will troubleshoot system tickets and workflow issues while actively assisting with enhancements, system upgrades, and the rigorous testing and validation of changes. Success in this position requires a candidate who can navigate complex billing environments with precision and adaptability.
