This position serves as a standard-level Application Analyst, supporting a wide array of healthcare information technology applications throughout their entire lifecycle. From planning and design to implementation, maintenance, and optimization, you will work with critical systems including electronic health records, revenue cycle management, lab and pathology, radiology (PACS), pharmacy, and enterprise resource planning. The role is designed to ensure these technologies effectively support patient care, administrative efficiency, and operational workflows.
The position is fully remote, though some travel may be required. We are committed to offering flexible work options where approved; however, please note that we are currently unable to consider candidates residing in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Washington.
For this hiring cycle, we are seeking Staff and Senior-level Application Analysts. Staff analysts will provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance, often managing small projects and maintaining necessary certifications such as Epic. Senior analysts will perform advanced technical support, integration, and maintenance while mentoring other analysts, contributing to best practices, and managing mid-sized projects. Both levels require the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, translating technological requirements into design specifications, and collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
We prefer candidates with experience in Epic, Revenue Cycle, Remittance, and Posting. Staff positions require two years of work experience (or a bachelor's degree in progress with four years of experience), while Senior positions require four years of experience (or a bachelor's degree in progress with six years of experience). A bachelor's degree is preferred for Staff and required for Senior roles in fields such as information technology, healthcare, or business, though relevant experience may substitute for education upon approval.
