About the Role
The Principal Analyst, Epic MyChart serves as a senior technical and operational leader responsible for the design, build, optimization, and support of MyChart solutions. You will partner closely with clinical, operational, and digital stakeholders to configure patient-facing workflows with a strong focus on usability and adoption. This role spans virtual care, on-demand services, pharmacy, and lab functionality, requiring you to provide strategic guidance while mentoring junior analysts to build team capability.
Work Environment & Location
This position is fully remote with shifts Monday through Friday. We are committed to offering flexible work options where approved and stated in the job posting.
