Insight Global is partnering with a leading healthcare client to find a fully remote Epic Hospital Billing Analyst. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where technical precision meets patient care outcomes. The Application Analyst serves as a critical bridge between clinical workflows and the technical infrastructure of the Epic system, ensuring the Hospital Billing (HB) application operates seamlessly.
In this position, you will be the primary owner of the application's lifecycle, from design and build to daily operations. Your day-to-day involves coordinating end-user support, crafting and executing comprehensive test plans for version upgrades, and documenting all troubleshooting outcomes. You will manage the installation, configuration, and optimization of the HB application, ensuring that revenue cycle management processes remain efficient and accurate.
