Last year, HCA Healthcare colleagues invested over 156,000 hours volunteering in our communities. As part of CereCore, an organization devoted to giving back, you will join a team recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies® by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times. HCA Healthcare has spent an estimated $3.7 billion on charitable care, uninsured discounts, and other uncompensated expenses, driven by the mission: "There is so much good to do in the world and so many different ways to do it."
As an Epic Professional Billing Analyst II, you will serve as a key clinical IT resource for facility implementation and support. Working under the guidance of the Manager of Epic Services, you will collaborate with the Epic team, facility staff, and leadership to deliver hands-on training and implement corporate standardization, utilization, and optimization plans.
Your day-to-day involves providing Tier 2 support to resolve incidents, participating in upgrade and new module testing, and ensuring that development solutions address core operational issues. You will spend time within critical facility areas to maintain a firm understanding of operations, build strong relationships with the core customer base (including nurses and physicians), and represent CereCore and HCA while interacting with external partners. This role requires travel as necessary to complete departmental initiatives, anticipated at less than 25%.
