The Epic Certified Willow Applications Support Coordinator serves as a vital link between the Accenture team, software vendors, and clients within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role exists to ensure the delivery of high-quality support and enhancements for Epic Willow applications.
You will act as a subject matter expert for application workflows and configurations, managing and prioritizing daily support and maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests. A key part of your day involves serving as a liaison with client stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs, while coordinating with offshore support teams to ensure effective communication and performance monitoring. You will also maintain critical system documentation, including workflows and testing protocols, and ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, data governance, and organizational security policies.
