About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory / MyChart Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting the design, configuration, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of critical Epic clinical applications. This 6-month remote W2 role is designed for professionals who possess strong Epic build expertise and a deep understanding of ambulatory workflows.
The Role
In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational stakeholders, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will lead small-to-medium complexity Epic upgrade initiatives and system enhancement projects, ensuring that application enhancements and workflow improvements are designed, built, tested, and deployed effectively.
Your day-to-day will involve analyzing workflows and operational processes to develop robust solutions, troubleshooting application issues, and providing ongoing production support. You will play a key role in the testing lifecycle, from unit and system testing to user acceptance testing, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards for system configuration and change control. Additionally, you will partner with training teams to develop application-specific materials and facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions.
