About the Role
The Senior Enterprise Applications Analyst serves as an expert IT resource within the University of Toledo Health Science Campus, specializing in Epic ambulatory, ancillary, inpatient, and revenue cycle healthcare applications. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating the enterprise systems that support the Information Technology department's healthcare initiatives.
In this position, you will lead major project lifecycles, overseeing the design and implementation of complex healthcare applications while managing problem-solving efforts for critical system issues. Beyond technical execution, the role carries significant responsibility for healthcare customer service, requiring you to represent the department effectively with various hospital units and external vendors. You will report directly to the Manager of HealthCare Applications, acting as a bridge between technical capabilities and clinical needs.

UToledo Health is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in public/business administration, MIS, computer science, or healthcare OR 5-10 years IT application analyst experience; 7-12 years progressively responsible paid experience in healthcare as Epic certified analyst; Participated in 2+ Epic new implementations as Epic certified analyst OR 10 years IT application analyst experience; Experience in Epic Clinical Systems implementation, development, and support; Experience in design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic and other healthcare vendor applications; and Current Epic certification in one or multiple applications.
