We are seeking an Environmental Services Custodial Manager 2 to oversee daily operations of an 800+ bed hospital at the UF Health Jacksonville Downtown Campus in Jacksonville, Florida.
This role is critical to enhancing patient experience and well-being. You will report directly to the Operations Manager on the 2nd shift, leading a team of 20-25 frontline housekeeping employees. Your mission is to drive client and patient satisfaction scores while providing a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will work closely with the Infectious Control department, lead departmental projects, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The position requires flexibility to assist other shifts when business needs arise, with approximate hours from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM, including rotating weekends and holidays.
