The Regional Environmental Director serves as the primary environmental and regulatory authority for the Southeast region, overseeing industrial and municipal biosolids and residuals programs. This senior leadership role is designed for a mature, self-motivated leader capable of managing complex regulatory programs and developing strategic stakeholder relationships. You will direct and oversee all environmental compliance, permitting, agronomic management, and land application activities across North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia.
In this position, you will ensure operational excellence, permit compliance, and sustainable land application practices while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with executive leadership, operations, sales, and external partners—including regulatory agencies, farmers, and contractors—to support company growth and operational efficiency. The role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on management, ensuring that environmental initiatives align with business goals and community needs.
