About the Team

Our team of Entertainment Supervisors works directly with performers, associates, and guests to ensure safety for all while creating memorable entertainment and event experiences parkwide. We are dedicated to delivering an excellent guest entertainment experience daily through strong leadership, clear communication, and a positive attitude.

About the Role

As an Entertainment Supervisor, you will supervise associates in the park daily, assisting with training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and supporting teams on location. Your primary mission is to ensure departmental goals and objectives are effectively communicated and implemented by the personnel under your supervision.

Positions vary across parkwide Entertainment operations and programming. You may work with the Character Program, Special Event/Festival programming, the Technical/Production team, the Costumes/Cosmetology team, or in a Stage Management capacity with the Shows team. Your ability to lead a team and pay attention to detail will be essential in delivering superior guest entertainment experiences.
