Our team of Entertainment Team Leads works directly with performers, associates, and guests to ensure safety for all while creating memorable entertainment and event experiences parkwide. About the Role
As an Entertainment leader, you will supervise associates in the park daily, assisting with training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and supporting teams on location. Your mission is to ensure departmental goals and objectives are communicated and implemented by the personnel under your supervision. Positions vary across parkwide Entertainment operations and programming, ranging from the Character Program, Special Event/Festival programming, Technical/Production team, Costumes/Cosmetology team, or Stage Management with the Shows team.
In this role, you will lead daily assigned duties that may include opening and closing locations, ensuring cleanliness in guest-facing and backstage areas, and maintaining associate schedules. You will monitor timekeeping to ensure park policies are followed, verify that all program elements are safe and properly operating, and coordinate logistics for special events and activations. Your ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, maintain a positive attitude, and pay attention to detail will assist us in delivering an excellent guest entertainment experience daily.
