Day in the Life
As the Night Auditor, you will be the primary point of contact for guests between 11 PM and 7 AM. Your day involves handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries with professionalism. Beyond guest services, you will ensure the security and smooth operation of the hotel throughout the night, providing excellent customer service to all who need assistance.
