As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your clients, managing accounts and overseeing data and services to ensure they have the support they need. You will assist clients in maximizing their HRIS systems, specifically UKG Ready, while helping them streamline HR operations. This role involves leading client relationships from onboarding through optimization, acting as a subject matter expert to drive adoption and best practices, and troubleshooting HRIS, payroll, and compliance issues unique to the senior living sector.
This is a fully remote opportunity with occasional travel requirements.
