About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Benefits Consultant to join our Atlanta team for a full-time, long-term engagement. This position is based onsite at a client location in the Atlanta area two days per week. The role is designed for a strategic leader who will develop, implement, and oversee the organization's comprehensive benefits programs.
You will partner with HR leadership and senior management to ensure benefits strategies align with broader organizational goals, including diversity, equity, inclusion, retention, and employee experience. This position requires a deep understanding of benefits strategy combined with hands-on systems experience in UKG Pro. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing data to drive decisions, managing wellness initiatives, and leading the assessment of external vendors to support program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleProvide executive-level insights and recommendations on benefits trends, risks, and opportunities

- check_circleEvaluate current benefit offerings and recommend enhancements or new programs
- check_circleBuild and manage the wellness strategy and program management
- check_circleLead the RFP and assessment of external vendors, consultants, and advisors
- check_circleAnalyze benefits data to make data-driven decisions and recommendations for program enhancements
- check_circlePrepare and present reports on benefits metrics to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- verifiedMaster's degree or HR certification preferred
- verifiedProven experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards program management
- verifiedFamiliarity with UKG Pro
- verifiedNorth America benefits oversight
- verifiedIn depth knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, and HR compliance
Nice to Have
