We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Prepared Foods Division, where you will play a vital role in the operational heartbeat of our facility. This position sits at the intersection of finance and human resources, serving as a critical support pillar for plant management and the Plant Controller.
About the Role
As an Administrator Accounting, you will be the go-to resource for specific financial reporting and time and attendance functions. This is a multi-tasking environment designed for those whose attention to detail can make a tangible difference. You will work closely with all levels of the plant management team, ensuring the accuracy of daily production postings and line efficiency analysis.
Your day will involve managing time and attendance activities using UKG Pro and SAP Payroll, while also providing essential accounting support. You will prepare reports for the Plant Controller, assist with variance information, and oversee employee supply processes. The role requires strong communication skills to address team member payroll concerns and train new supervisors, ensuring seamless operations across the plant.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist plant supervision with daily and weekly time and attendance activities using UKG Pro and SAP Payroll
- check_circleMonitor plant time analytics in UKG Pro to ensure adherence to corporate policies
- check_circleProvide training to new supervisors on payroll processes as necessary
- check_circleAddress team members' payroll questions and concerns promptly and effectively
- check_circlePrepare daily and weekly reports for the Plant Controller
- check_circleAssist the Controller with plant variance information for upload into SAP
- check_circleSupport the plant management team by monitoring processes in production areas
- check_circleAssist in self-audits of critical processes as determined by corporate accounting
- check_circleManage employee supply processes including inventory and ordering of office supplies
- check_circleEnter PO receiving data in SAP/Coupa and maintain records retention
Requirements

- verified3+ years office experience
- verified3+ years payroll experience preferred
- verifiedBasic computer skills including Microsoft Office & Excel
