As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead a dynamic outside sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals within the assigned market. This role is more than just managing numbers; it is about building a professional sales culture where you serve as a role model, hiring and coaching high-performing representatives to drive long-term partnerships. You will operate within a fast-paced, budget-driven organization, balancing office-based work with strategic customer visits to ensure adherence to corporate sales strategies.
The position requires a leader who can navigate complex business conversations with C-level stakeholders while maintaining a hands-on approach to support sales efforts across large enterprise accounts. You will act as a subject matter expert for escalated customer issues and represent Cox Business in the local community through networking and participation in events such as the Chamber of Commerce.
This is a hybrid position designed to balance focused individual work with real-life collaboration. You will be required to work in the office three or more days per week, fostering a true team environment, while enjoying the flexibility to work from home on other days. Occasional travel to customer locations using a personal or company vehicle is expected to support your territory management and client engagement.
