As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead an assigned outside sales team to achieve Cox Business sales goals. This role is pivotal in hiring, training, and coaching outside sales representatives to drive growth in your assigned market. You will ensure adherence to corporate sales strategies while achieving revenue and retention targets.
Operating within a fast-paced, budget-driven sales organization, this position requires strong leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills. The role combines office-based work with customer visits, including occasional travel to customer locations using a personal or company vehicle. You will serve as a subject matter expert for escalated customer issues and represent Cox Business in the local community through networking and participation in events such as the Chamber of Commerce and nonprofit initiatives.
This is a hybrid position requiring three or more days per week in the office, balanced with work-from-home flexibility. The role operates in a technology-enabled sales environment, utilizing Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage performance, reporting, and communication.

3+ years of demonstrated success leading B2B sales teams with a track record of driving performance through coaching, accountability, and consultative selling practices. Hands-on leadership mindset with proven grit, willing to roll up sleeves and support sales efforts across large complex enterprise accounts. Experience in the telecommunications industry. BS/BA degree in a related discipline. Familiarity and knowledge of the local Phoenix Market. Experience preparing, compiling, and submitting bid responses for RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs.
