This position operates within a fast-paced call center environment, focusing on the end-to-end management of membership and billing activities. You will be responsible for verifying enrollment status, updating records, and addressing complex questions or concerns from both internal teams and external members. The role requires a high degree of accuracy in processing accounts receivable, performing reconciliations, and distributing membership materials.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving discrepancies in membership and billing information. Success in this role involves managing multiple production-oriented tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure under stressful conditions. You will utilize various systems to navigate data, analyze issues, and ensure that service levels and performance metrics are consistently met.
Candidates must be US Citizens and possess a High School Diploma or GED. While an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred, the primary focus is on having at least three years of progressive experience in billing, enrollment, or customer service. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic accounting principles is essential.
The interview process will assess your ability to handle multiple systems, your financial aptitude, and your capacity to resolve problems professionally. This role is based in a call center setting with standard work hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.
