About the Role

The Employee Benefits Account Manager serves as a vital operational partner to the Account Executive and Account Administrator, working collaboratively to manage a dedicated book of business. This role is designed to ensure the seamless delivery of day-to-day service for employee benefits clients, acting as the primary point of contact for resolving questions and issues alongside the broader team.

You will own the annual renewal and marketing process, driving client retention through strong carrier relationships and a deep understanding of client needs. From executing the full renewal and RFP process to managing new carrier implementations and project timelines, you will ensure that every client interaction reflects the high standards of HUB. Whether guiding clients through compliance matters, supporting billing and eligibility audits, or developing open enrollment strategies, your work directly impacts the stability and growth of our client partnerships.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this role will be expected to adhere to HUB Broker Standards and participate in ongoing industry-related continuing education. The position requires a valid driver's license and dependable transportation, as occasional travel by car is necessary to meet with clients and attend outside events.
