The Role

As the Vendor Relations and Inventory Control Coordinator, you will serve as a strategic partner in managing the organization's purchasing and materials acquisition functions. Your work directly impacts the financial stewardship of the organization and the quality of care provided to residents. You will collaborate with the Senior Director of Finance and IT to develop competitive bidding procedures, manage product standardization, and ensure that all purchasing operations align with infection control standards and regulatory guidelines.

  • Respect: Valuing the worth of each person.
  • Relationships: Developing meaningful connections with one another.
  • Stewardship: Committing to use our resources wisely.

Hiring Process & Application

We invite candidates who embody our values to join our team. The application process involves reviewing your qualifications against our standards for organizational skills, communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Selected candidates will be expected to complete mandatory training, including annual compliance and HIPAA training, and adhere to our Code of Conduct.
