About the Role

The Engineering Manager serves as the primary leader for the ongoing supervision, planning, and development of engineering department personnel. This role is pivotal in preparing product designs and submittal packages for customers, checking and stamping drawings as needed, and providing technical support to both customers and internal departments such as sales and production.

You will lead and scale an integrated engineering and drafting staff, aligning resources, roles, and workflows to deliver consistent throughput, quality, and service levels across the region. A key part of your mission is to create a culture of curiosity, disciplined problem-solving, and continuous improvement where team members surface issues early and drive them to closure. You will also be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining a strong bench of technical experts through coaching, training, and performance management tied to measurable outcomes.
