The Engineering Coordinator serves as the organizational and communication hub for the Project Engineering team. Reporting to the Director of Project Engineering, this role ensures engineering tasks, schedules, and deliverables are accurately tracked and effectively communicated across multiple concurrent projects.
You will act as a critical liaison between Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Engineering leadership. Your work enables engineering visibility, facilitates workload coordination, and ensures the efficient execution of engineering work. By maintaining project trackers and supporting administrative data management, you help the team stay aligned on priorities, constraints, and project milestones.
This position operates within a collaborative, engaging, and success-driven culture. The role involves a mix of office-based work and occasional field locations to meet project requirements. While general office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, working hours may vary when supporting on-site project needs.
