About the Role
We are seeking a qualified, self-motivated Project Manager with extensive experience in Bridge and Structural Design to join our Indianapolis office. This role exists to lead the end-to-end design and management of complex bridge and structural projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes for INDOT, local agencies, and private clients.
In this position, you will serve as both a project manager and lead designer. You will guide projects from the initial survey and design phases through to letting and construction, managing support staff including Professional Engineers (PEs), Engineering Interns (EIs), and Technicians. The day-to-day involves performing design calculations, overseeing plan development, preparing cost estimates, and managing overall project budgets. You will interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including consulting partners, INDOT staff, and local government officials.

Requirements

- verifiedMerlin-Dash, Vslab, Conspan/Leap Bridge, or equivalents
Nice to Have
Experience working with the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) and/or the INDOT LPA program. Experience working with Indianapolis DPW. Experience in Utility Coordination and/or Railroad Coordination. Experience in Asset Management. Additional experience in structural design including water treatment plant structures, above and below ground structures, retaining walls, flood walls, occupancy related structures, and foundations.
