As an Employee Success Associate in Leave Administration, you will serve as a critical bridge between our clients, their employees, and complex regulatory frameworks. In this remote-first role, you will gain foundational knowledge of Gold Standard service delivery while administering a full workload of leaves of absence and ADA claims. Your work ensures that employees receive timely support during critical life events while helping clients navigate federal and state compliance requirements with precision.
You will act as a resource for clients assessing accommodation requests, engaging in interactive discussions, and coordinating with insurance carriers. This position requires a self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment while actively collaborating with team members to maintain high-quality file standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
We are a remote-first organization. Employees are expected to live within a reasonable driving commute of our main office locations in Roseville, CA; Atlanta, GA; and Oklahoma City, OK to attend team gatherings, one-off meetings, and company-wide events.
Phoenix, AZ Note: While we do not currently have a physical office in Phoenix, this position is initially fully remote for candidates in that area. Employees are expected to live within a reasonable driving commute of the Phoenix area and report to the office bi-weekly should a location be acquired in the future.
