We operate as a remote-first organization dedicated to delivering Gold Standard leave and ADA services to our clients and their employees. Our mission centers on navigating the complexities of the Americans with Disabilities Act and federal leave regulations with precision and empathy, ensuring that every employee receives the support they need during critical times.
The ADA Associate and ADA Specialist roles are designed for individual contributors who serve as the primary point of contact for employees navigating leave of absence and workplace accommodations. These positions are vital to our operations, focusing on the interactive discussion process to assess accommodation requests on a case-by-case basis.
In this role, you will manage a full workload of ADA cases and associated leaves for multiple clients. Your day-to-day involves confirming leave eligibility, reviewing medical documentation, and communicating effectively with healthcare providers, HR teams, and employees. You will act as a resource for clients, drafting necessary correspondence and coordinating with Claim Specialists to ensure timely and accurate claim adjudication.
While we are a remote-first organization, these roles require a commitment to our physical presence. Employees are expected to live within a reasonable driving commute of our main office locations in Roseville, CA; Atlanta, GA; Phoenix, AZ; or Oklahoma City, OK. This proximity ensures you can attend team gatherings, one-off meetings, and company-wide events, while adhering to legal, tax, and security regulations. Specifically, the Phoenix-based role is currently fully remote but requires a bi-weekly office report if a physical location is acquired in the future.
We are looking for self-starters who can work independently and take initiative in a remote environment. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a growth mindset, a passion for customer service, and the ability to collaborate effectively within our team. The role requires availability to back up multiple accounts and take on additional work with short notice to meet business needs.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We value the unique perspectives that different backgrounds bring to our work in supporting employees with disabilities and managing complex leave processes.
