The Workplace Experience Agent is an integral part of Latham's Workplace Experience team, located in our San Diego office. This role exists to oversee, anticipate, facilitate, and fulfill the frontline support needs for all personnel and guests working in our space. You will establish and maintain genuine connections with clients, creating customized and seamless experiences by greeting and escorting visitors, addressing concerns, and providing information about amenities and services.
