We are the people who give possibilities purpose. As one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world, our mission is to advance the world of health. It takes the imagination and passion of everyone—from design and engineering to manufacturing and marketing—to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities.
This role is designed for individuals who can see the bigger picture and understand the human story that underpins everything we do. You will partner with Senior Business Unit, functional, and regional leaders to provide day-to-day coaching and employee relations advice. Your work will focus on mitigating company risk by analyzing legal and compliance issues, conducting internal investigations, and developing proactive measures to address employee relations trends.
At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry. We require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week for most roles to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations. We believe that when people connect in person, they learn faster, collaborate more deeply, and build a stronger culture.
To find purpose in the possibilities, we welcome people with the imagination and drive to help us reinvent the future of healthcare. Join us to discover a culture where you can learn, grow, and thrive. For more information about BD, visit bd.com.
