The Employee Labor Relations Specialist serves as a vital resource for front-line supervisors and Human Resources Business Partners, addressing employee relations and engagement concerns. This role is designed to support the company's business goals by providing expert advice, implementing HR projects, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will act as a primary point of contact for resolving employee relations issues, offering guidance on management, performance, corrective actions, and conflict resolution. The position requires analyzing workplace trends to recommend proactive engagement and risk mitigation strategies, while also training front-line supervisors on these topics.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburgh, PA, with a hybrid work model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). The anticipated application deadline is June 2, 2026.
