You will enjoy an even split between trauma and medicine cases with flexible block scheduling, creating a customizable practice that supports your professional goals.
The role offers a structured 90% clinical and 10% academic focus, allowing you to mentor residents in a clinical setting while prioritizing direct patient care. You will hold an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor faculty appointment. Scheduling is predictable, with blocks arranged two months in advance and customizable to your needs. The position features 12-hour shifts with flexibility on the number of shifts, offering extra compensation for working more than 13 shifts per month.
