This position offers a concentrated post-graduate training program in hospital pharmacy practice under the accreditation standards of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. The role is designed for a compassionate healthcare professional eager to contribute to patient care in a dynamic environment. You will participate in direct patient care, ambulatory services, drug information, and practice management, assisting in the safe and effective utilization of drugs for patients.
The program provides a structured practical experience across departmental administration, inpatient drug distribution, budget and finance, and continuous quality improvement. You will work alongside physicians, nurses, and other health care practitioners to develop patient education programs, provide clinical resources, and assist in the management of human resources and inventory.
